崗位職責(zé)
1配合銷售人員做售前產(chǎn)品技術(shù)講解產(chǎn)品演示及技術(shù)要點(diǎn)答疑；
2為當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻籼峁⿲I(yè)服務(wù)，處理在產(chǎn)品使用過程中出現(xiàn)的異常情況，排查問題并解決；
3收集并匯總客戶需求售后技術(shù)反饋數(shù)據(jù)并及時(shí)反饋相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，協(xié)助完善產(chǎn)品體系。

2Provide professional services to local customers, handle abnormal situations in the product usage process, troubleshoot and solve problems;
3Collect and summarize customer requirements, after-sales technical feedback data and promptly feedback to the responsible persons to help improve the product system.
